The Civic Auditorium is one of three cultural centers in Downtown Portland. It houses traveling Broadway plays, The Portland Opera Company, and the Oregon Ballet
The Forecourt fountain is a well-loved summer spot for children. It is located across the street from the Civic Auditorium and is chlorinated for safety.
Downtown living is great for those who don't want to commute to the suburbs. Portland Plaza is one of many condominium complexes right in the heart of the city. Downtown is fare free on the Tri-Met buslines, so visitors or workers can just hop a bus for free anywhere in the downtown zone.
The KOIN Tower is the epitome of downtown living. It offers some of the most expensive and most glamorous condominiums in the Portland area. Paul Allen, the owner of the Trailblazers, calls this magnificent building his home.
